Sudden Impact Racing Goes Undefeated!

CULT ENERGY ACTIVATOR AND REDCAT RACING GROUND POUNDER CLEAN HOUSE IN CANADA

Medicine Hat and Red Deer, AB-Sudden Impact Racing’s Cult Energy Activator and Redcat Racing Ground Pounder took home big wins in two different cities in three days, making good use of their time north of the border. The trip began with Medicine Hat, Alberta, where it was all Cult Energy Activator. Cult Energy Activator swept the entire show, which featured wheelie, racing, and freestyle competitions.

“It felt great to get a sweep in Cult Energy Activator,” said driver Sean Duhon. “We run hard no matter where we are, and the fans in Canada have been great to us.”

After a great beginning in Medicine Hat, it was on to Red Deer, Alberta, where more success awaited team Redcat Racing Ground Pounder/Cult Energy Activator. Cult Energy Activator made it two for two in wheelie contests, starting the night off right with a great sky wheelie to take the victory. Redcat Racing Ground Pounder was not to be outdone, however, and made a victorious trip to the racing final.

“We have our setup more and more dialed in every weekend for Redcat Racing Ground Pounder,” said Ben Winslow. “This team is fantastic, from Brandon Lagarde to the great sponsors like Redcat Racing, it’s great to be able to win for them!”

Next, Redcat Racing Ground Pounder and Cult Energy Activator invade Miami, Oklahoma for a big two-day weekend looking to build on momentum from Canada.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE AND “TRIPLE DOUBLE” FOR AMSOIL SHOCK THERAPY

Glens Falls, NY-Sudden Impact Racing made another clean sweep of a weekend, continuing Amsoil Shock Therapy driver Jon Zimmer’s streak of domination at three straight weekends in Glens Falls, New York. Before the show, however, Amsoil Shock Therapy visited Arlington Elementary School in Vermont during the day Friday to let our nation’s future get a look at Amsoil Shock Therapy up close.

“My son always asked me, ‘Dad, how come you come to other peoples’ schools, but not mine?’ and I decided that we’d kill two birds with one stone and make some kids happy. That’s our job anyway!” said Zimmer.

After speaking to the school and giving a quick demonstration of loading the truck up in the parking lot, it was time for the show in Glens Falls. With family and friends in attendance, Amsoil Shock Therapy was able to win wheelie, racing, and freestyle competitions on both Friday and Saturday. One of the many highlights included Saturday’s show, where Zimmer planted Amsoil Shock Therapy on its tailgate on the last car of the set, completing a perfect sky wheelie and winning hands-down.

“I feel great about the showings we’ve had,” said Zimmer. “Amsoil is giving us the product to get the job done, and we’ve had nothing but wins for three straight weekends. It was also great to be close to my hometown for a show; the fans’ reaction in the autograph line was great after both shows!”

Amsoil Excaliber’s Chris Ryan started Friday off well, then encountered a back problem for Saturday, leaving Zimmer to drive both Amsoil Excaliber and Amsoil Shock Therapy on Saturday.

“It was a hectic weekend, but a great one overall. I had a good time and it’s great to have the opportunity to make a difference for the fans and for our sponsors as well,” said Zimmer.

Amsoil Shock Therapy and Amsoil Excaliber head to Canada on behalf of Sudden Impact Racing for a two-location weekend, invading both Saint John and Moncton, New Brunswick. We will have all the results from there!
