More Wins in Canada!

Peterborough, ON and Gloucester, ON-Sudden Impact Racing’s tour north of the border continued with two shows in two days, and more success was the result. First up was Peterborough, where some of the best competition in the world was left speechless after Amsoil Shock Therapy’s barn-burning freestyle run that included massive air, cyclone donuts, and huge wheelies that ensured there would be no question as to who the winner was–Amsoil Shock Therapy!

“Both Jim (Koehler, freestyle champion driver of Avenger) and I laid down nasty freestyles,” said driver Jon Zimmer. “We had some room this weekend to be creative and I wanted to make sure every fan left knowing about the abilities everyone on the team has–it felt great and our trucks are able to handle the punishment because of sponsors like Amsoil.”

Sudden Impact Racing’s weekend continued in Gloucester for a smaller fair show, but two shows in a single day anywhere is challenging on equipment and drivers. Amsoil Shock Therapy and Amsoil Excaliber passed that challenge, exceeding all expectations.

In six contests total for the day, Sudden Impact Racing won five of them. Amsoil Shock Therapy would sweep the first show, going a perfect three-for-three in wheelie, racing, and freestyle. During the second show, it was Amsoil Excaliber and Chris Ryan’s time to shine, as he took a great racing victory.

“I wasn’t able to be in the truck a week ago, but I feel great now, and having Brandon Lagarde, Tim Bush, and the entire team at Amsoil and Sudden Impact Racing behind me is great,” said Ryan. “I’m happy to get a victory and I can’t wait for more!”

Sudden Impact Racing will get their chance for more wins to add to their streak on June 12 in Sheridan, Wyoming. We will keep you updated!
