A Tale of Two Cities, SIR-Style
Billings, Montana-Sudden Impact Racing’s Amsoil Shock Therapy and Amsoil Excalibertook to Montana for two days of nonstop thrills and excitement, coming away with more victories along the way.
The action began on Friday, where Amsoil Excaliber pushed hard all night in both racing and freestyle, setting the stage for Amsoil Shock Therapy’s runner-up finishes in both events.
“I wasn’t satisfied with just second place,” said Amsoil Shock Therapy’s Jon Zimmer. “I want to win every time out for Amsoil and Sudden Impact Racing!”
Saturday saw just the result Zimmer had in mind, with a clean sweep of the wheelie, racing and freestyle events, and more importantly, minimal damage to the trucks.
“We’re ready to go tomorrow for the Soaring Eagle Casino!” said Amsoil Excaliber’s Kevin Koszala.
Indeed, next up is Mt. Pleasant, Michigan’s event, and both Amsoil Shock Therapy and Amsoil Excaliber will be on the loose. We will keep you posted on all the action from there!
Primm, Nevada-Sudden Impact Racing’s Redcat Racing Ground Pounder and Michigan Ice Monster had quite the adventure before the Primm show even began. On the way to the event, the trailer experienced not one, but two blowouts, as well as brake fire. “Sometimes we have a tough road, but we made it through,” said Redcat Racing Ground Pounder’s Chris Ryan. “You just have to fight through and know that we have the support of our friends, sponsors, and fans to keep us going.”
